Inmate’s family to demand inquest if guards involved in fatal ‘physical altercation’ not charged

The Kawartha Lakes Police Service acknowledged Monday that Soleiman Faqiri stopped breathing on Dec. 15 during an incident in which at least two guards applied physical force against him.
